The Doctor was disrespectful. Horrible bedside manner. The Doctor did not even introduce himself, he never mentioned what he was doing, even as he put Novocaine.

Dr. Schachner is very patient and a professional. He answers all your questions and gives you great solutions. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist in Queens.

Dr. Schachner is one of the most gentle and caring healthcare professionals I have ever encountered. I started going to him before I was in high school and kept going as long as I couldeven after I moved away and the subway AND bus ride to his office took over an hour! I'm seriously considering renting zipcars in order to go back to him!

Dr schacners office is clean and quiet. The staff is very accommodating and efficient. The Doctor answered all of my questions without hesitation, his sence of humor put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I would reccommend Dr Schachner and his associates to anyone.

He saved me after I had a week of extreme pain...we started root canal treatment that was very effective, and he explained the ins and outs of my symptoms and where to go from there. I didn't even need the painkillers he prescribed. The only negative was that I had to pay full price because my insurance was not accepted there (Blue Cross).
