Intelligent, competent, skillful, a master in his field!
I go to Dr. Sylvan's Lexington Avenue office and the location is great the service is excellent and the level of treatment is A++++ from the receptionist to hygienists and of course Dr. Sylvan.
Hands Down The BEST dentist I've ever had.

Dr. Sylvan is very professional. He patiently addresses all the concerns and questions I have. He is an outstanding dentist who has a wonderful way of giving injections so there is hardly any pain. His equipment is state of the art and the office staff is lovely. I have been a patient for many, many years and have recommended him to friends who are as happy under his care as I am.

Dr. Sylvan installed a full set of veneers and crowns for both my wife and me. He corrected crowded teeth and selected the perfect shade for each of us. We have beautiful natural smiles. He performed my first and only a root canal - it was a pain free experience. In fact, no pain for either of us in any of the procedures involved. Our adult children are patients as well and all have sung Dr. Sylvan's praises. Thorough, pain free, attention to detail and health related matters. I have recommended Dr. Sylvan to many; all have been very pleased and appreciative.
About Hygienist: Each of the hygienists and dental assistants in the office are excellent. Efficient,thorough, professional and nice people.

I went to two other dentists before visiting Dr. Sylvan about a constant dull, annoying pain on the left side of my mouth. They could not figure out the problem. Dr. Sylvan took the time and had the patience to explore and ultimately diagnose my problem. A barely discernible crack in one of my molars. I needed and got a crown and have been pain free ever since. He is an excellent dentist with great chair side manner. I have been back for routine cleanings and check ups. His office staff is delightful.
About Hygienist: Linda, Dr. Sylvan's hygienist is fantastic. She is gentle and thorough. She has a great way of getting the job done with minimal discomfort and pain for the patient.

Dr. Sylvan is wonderful! My veneers are great-- feel great - look natural. They fit so well he cured my gum disease. He is as kind and gentle as he is the best dentist.

I highly recommend Dr. Sylvan. He did my porcelain veneers 22 years ago and they still look great! He had a very gentle touch and was highly recommended by my regular dentist at the time. Other dentists have asked me who did my veneers because they were so well done. He has a great reputation; other dentists I have gone to immediately knew of him and his work. If I ever need to replace my veneers, I will definitely go back to him.

Dr. Sylvan is an excellent dentist, so are the other dentists in this practice. They are caring, competent and very highly qualified.
