Dr. Debra Weinstein is the most compassionate, patient, caring dentist I have ever met (and I am 53 years old). I have a phobia about going to the dentist and only go when I have no choice (which is now, my bridge broke off and now I need to get several teeth pulled because they have rotted) and Dr. Weinstein met with me and calmed my nerves and was extremely patient and understanding. She cares about her patients. You can just feel her compassion and she explained everything to me completely. This is the first time in my life that I didn't feel the needles in my mouth (and it was my top teeth and in the roof of my mouth!) I recommend her to everyone! She is absolutely wonderful! You won't find another dentist as caring and skilled as she is. When I called her Saturday night, she returned my call within 10 minutes and met me Sunday morning for an emergency visit. She was damaged by Sandy Super Storm (as I also was) and lost everything in her office in Island Park BUT now it is better and so beautiful. I have no dental insurance BUT she is working with me to help keep the cost down in any way she can. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! I am so thankful to have her for my dentist!
About Front Desk: The front staff was very welcoming and very organized. Tehy scheduled me to fit my schedule and made my situation very easy. I needed 3 visits because I had to have several extractions and they were very accommedating.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist was also wonderful! She took her time explaining everything she encounted in my mouth, she gave me recommendations how to improve the health of my teeth, she was very caring and compassionate (just like Dr. Debra Weinstein), she was very gentle and I didn't have a cleaning in 10 years and she didn't frown upon me. She was very positive and very friendly and very wonderful also.
