I had a very deep cavity that required reconstruction. Dr. Schwartz first listened to my dental history and then explained fully all procedures that my cavity may require, before beginning the work. I felt he really wanted to give me his time and full attention and put me at ease, since I never before had to have a crown. He began the procedure, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. There was no pain because he made sure to give more novacaine as needed and to drill more slowly if there was sensitivity as he got more deeply into the infected tooth. The cost was very fair for what I had to pay over my insurance coverage. I had been very anxious about this procedure and he was probably the best dentist I have ever had due to his professionalism and sensitivity. He was very understanding and encouraging and non judge mental. I felt a real connection to him as a person which has never happened for me before with any dentist and this is after only one visit. I am sending my husband to him next and may even change to him for my children, from their pediatric dentist.
