The dentist is average. It's the front desk staff that is unethical. They charged for cleaning when my insurance allows 2 cleanings per year with no co-pay. I called insurance and even after presented with the facts, office staff changed their story and said that that extra charge was due to my son's braces. I did not authorize special cleaning, we were only there for check up and regular cleaning. They have refused to reimburse me. Stay away from this office.
