I had problems with a crown and dr Butler sent me to a specialist to have a crown lengthening(in order to save the tooth under the crown). After the specialist did the job successfully , I went back to her so she would put the new crown and she did a horrible job; which after just a couple of visits she took so much money from me and caused a loose tooth under the crown;(by constantly trying on and off the crown to make it fit right).
she claimed she did her job ( which was to put a new crown after my crown lengthening )but I told her she caused the loose tooth under the crown.
I had to go elsewhere to remove my tooth, I spent so much money and time with her and she was not capable of doing this job.
I do not recommend her at all!!!

I used to take my kids to this dentist for check-ups. She was ok at first, but her assistants looked unhappy and there was a lot of turnover. Waits were very long sometimes too. But we stopped going after she demanded a cash fee for signing required school forms! All she had to do was check a box and rubber stamp her name saying the kids were under her care! It was shocking especially since she knew we could not afford it based on our insurance. We left without the form filled out, and never went back. Thankfully found a great dentist nearby afterwards.

Nasty, condescending and rude. My son turned 18 two months earlier and she didn't want to talk to me. Eventually she did. She was so phony sweet. Then says to him that because he didn't brush his teeth, she will NOT fill his cavities. He brushed his teeth -- but apparently not to her "satisfaction."
She won't work on his teeth because he has bad teeth and doesn't satisfactorily brush his teeth. She's a Dentist. She's supposed to show him what to do, teach him how to properly do things, and most of all that's the REASON he needs to go to a dentist to get cavities filled.
What a waste of time.

Dr. Butler and her staff were very kind and thoroughly explained everything to me. I had bleaching and invisalign done with her and it was great. she is on time for her appointments with me and is nice to talk to.

Dr. Butler is an extremely kind and able dentist. She is very professional and does not cut any corners. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Best dentist ever! She is very professional, yet kind and caring. I had 2 root canals done by her and she was great! her staff is very helpful.
