I had a very bad experience with Dr. Michael Guiliani. He did 3. root canal procedures on me and all of them failed. I had to go to another dentist to abstract all of them. Staff are rude and disrespectful. Receptionists are also very rude. Leslie in the back who deals with insurance is very nasty. Don't go there please this place is a disaster. I changed this dentist and I'm so happy with my new one.

The dental assistant was very nice. That is where the good experience ends. I found the dentist, the hygienist, and the secretary who takes your payment to be very cold and condescending. I left there with an awful feeling on a personal level. The actual treatment for my teeth I have no complaints about, but they could learn a lot regarding the way they talk to people and make people feel. I would maybe take my goldfish there, they have no teeth, and no feelings that I am aware of.
