Never provided any explanation of the dental works that will be performed..keep mentioning that it will be "dentistry"...avoided as questions as to what kind of crowns are made and instead started talking about his relationship with the lab where the crowns are made. Basically, he never provided any clear, direct answer to any questions asked. He was very pushy about getting out of pocket payment although after insisting that the insurance cover up to certain amount for the year.
About Front Desk: did not seem to know anything about the insurance i took and ridiculously asked for a co-payment instead as well as payment toward future dental work. was very push along with the dentist to make 2 consecutive appointments even though i was hesitant as to whether i will go back to the dentist at all.
