i know Dr. Liu for many years and he's an amazing dentist. He always does amazing work and I never need to worry about anything. I go to him feeling relax and at ease, never feel he'll do something I don't need for my procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Liu and his wife. I don't understand all these negative reviews.

we wanted to try a new dentist in area so we went to dr liu for a cleaning and he found no cavities a month later my husband went back to previous dentist for severe tooth pain and needed root canal for a cavity that dr liu said he didn't have

Like most, we do not like visiting the dentist. However, since I have been going to Dr. Frank Liu that has changed. I look forward to going. First of all, he goes by appointment and I do not have time to turn to the second page of a magazine before I am called in. My time is valuable and I appreciate this.
I have had crowns, bridges, fillings, cleanings and extractions...all successful and without pain. Dr. Liu is a perfectionist and will not send you off until he is completely satisfied with his work. He is wonderful at explaining exactly what needs to be done and his plan of action. He accepts my insurance and has been successful in a very timely manner with getting approvals for work that needs to be done. His office is spotless and very comfortable. His equipment is state of the art. He is conservative with what needs to be done.
I am always happy to visit Dr. Liu. Dont get me wrong, its not one of my top 10 things to do...but the experience of visiting a dentist has greatly improved since I found Dr. Liu. Parking is simple too.

My bad experience was as follows.
Made an appointment with Frank Liu (refuse to call this a Dr). The location is a private house off of NYP road. Dark and dingy is the way I would describe this office. Like a cave especially the waiting room. I had a bad feeling and should have trusted my gut right when I stepped into this hole.
Now for the visit.
I was called in and met Frank Liu dressed in his dentist outfit. After a short introduction he starts. After a few seconds he says "these fillings when did you have them done? The white fillings? Why are they not Amalgam (silver fillings)? When did you come to this country? I'm thinking "what is this guy talking about"? He continues with his “I’m an American and am questioning your nationality by asking you insulting questions about your dental work that has been previously done by another Asian dentist. After being insulted by this so called dentist I realized that was not the place for me.
