Not recommended ever! Poorest quality of prosthesis appliance. will drop you as a patient if you are not having dental procedures that will bring them big bucks even if you do not need it. This Dentist is all about big bucks and BS. Staff is very nice, facility is clean and friendly but the two main Dentists Dr. Silverstein and Dr. Vinceguerra are not good.
About Hygienist: Hygienists in this facility are excellent and dentistry stops at the hygenist level.

The office of Silverstein and Vinciguerra is very courteous and professional. I have not had an unpleasant experience there yet, and thats saying alot, since I had two root canals there! Their staff were friendly, and helped me to be as comfortable as possible. I have recommended this office to everyone I know!

Dr. Silverstein is very experienced and offers a relaxed dental atmosphere.

The problem I have with this place is that one of Dr. Silverstein's associates told me that fluoride is completely safe and that he used to take fluoride tablets as a child. This is probably why his teeth were brown, seriously (fluorodosis).
The facility is old tech: no digital x-rays (my x-rays took forever) and old-fashioned drills.
Oh, btw, the teeth cleaning was very painful.
I recommend other dentists that have updated machinery.

I have been going to Dr. Silverstein for close to 2 years. She is very friendly, however has very poor bedside manner. I remember the first time I went to her, she never introduced herself and I just assumed she was the X-ray technician. It was not until after the x-ray, when I relaized she was the dentist.
Also, I chose Dr. Silverstien because I wanted a female dentist that was close to my house. I thought that a female dentist would be more gentler than a male dentist, however, I quickly learned I was mistaken.
For the most part, Dr. Silverstein is a good dentist, and is reasonably priced.

my children have been going to Sherly Silverstein and the office is very professional and courteous. The doctors are thorough and pleasant. My insurance covers my childrens cleaning and so forth. They have never tried to push treatment to earn money. I recommend this facility highly.

These guys are like used car salesmen! I went to have my crown glued back in. I endedup with a full set of x-rays (which they told me my insurance paid for every three years) and they wanted to do fix a cavity and replace a crown. Guess what I went back to my regular dds and he said I didn't need the crown and didn't have a cavity! Needless to say they are sitting with the x-ray bills and I ain't payin' 'em! What a bunch of crooks. Be careful....they rush you into making decisions and you get hoodwinked!!!
