Go someplace else. Don't even get started here. I needed to re-do my entire mouth.

I paid in full for veneers, I made appointments to have the work done. Each appointment I was given an excuse (once I showed up) or they would call that morning while I was already on the train & cancel. After the 4th time, I have asked for my money back. Dr. Fiedler has no intention of returning the money as he has not responded to this request. I now have to seek the advice of an attorney. Your talking about $6,000. ... he has since retired and has sold his practice. I'm not the only victim, he has done this to others (therefore a plan in place) the company that gave patients loans stopped allowing him their service due to this issue as well.

I have had some unfortunate results from my dental work with Dr. Fiedler; two teeth need to be retreated by another dentist.

He charges one price then after he tries to charge you another higer price. He charges for things not requested but doesn't do the work that is requested. He isn't even there half the time He has another doctor do all the work & even when he is there he rarely sees anyone he has the other doctor see them while he sits in his office all day. The doctor he has had has changed more than 3 times in one year. One doctor he had that was good left & another one was really bad he pireced my tongue with the drill, the doctor & Dr. Fiedler didn't even apologize. He also removed a filling that was perfect done by a previous doctor & refilled it badly whenever I ate there was soreness & pain I had to go to another doctor to have it filled correctly because he didn't want to admit to the mistake & I couldn't sleep because the pain was so intense. I also took him 2 years to get 2 crowns & a bridge put in. He blamed it on me being away for 2 months because my father was sick & on the lab that they didn't have it done. Before I left on the trip he said everything was ready & paid for and when I came back he told me that I didn't pay him and he checked and saw that I was right & still didn't admit to being wrong. He never listens to his patients.
