My teeth were yellowed and stained from antibiotics taken when I was a child and I was embarrased to smile. Dr.Golub-Evans and he did bonding on all my upper teeth. My smile was incredible after only two viists! I have been going back to Dr. Golub-Evans now for over twenty years. My bondng held up incredible well - I go back for a touch-up maybe very five years - (also incredible as most bondings do not last that long) I find his office staff accomondating, his hygienist patient ( I am a bit anxious about going to the dentist even for a cleaning) and Dr. Gloub-Evans to be kind, professional and always available to talk and see me when I need him to be. I would and have reccomended him to friends and family. Yes, his prcises are expensive but well worth it!

he did eight veneers that looked nice but were pressing on my tongue and caused me so much misery and pain.i had to go to my own dentist to fix his sloppy work . he also did some bonding that is already chipping off. my advice to anybody looking for a good dentist is to look somewhere else. good luck.

DON'T GO! I am Very dissatisfied with precision & care taken. I felt he cut corners to save money. Appears to be good & top of the line-But in fact doesn't care- just wants your money. I was fooled by the fact he was an "artist" made a wax mold of shape of teeth- some alluring comments to my smile-mouth etc... thought he would be artful-soulful and caring.
Well-after numbing me to extreme point never have had in my life- stuck in truly Dracula teeth in white long teeth-had to immediately take out. Why couldn't he tell before that & reject them from the lab. afterward-blamed lab & busy holiday schedule.He then had new one made from a quick mold of me old teeth-very nonchalant, nothing at all what I paid for and expected. I just kept my mouth shut-once tried to question-he is master at agressively getting back in control- I was a quiet victim- just felt vulnerable & embarrassed with the amount of money I already gave(help from family) I just continued on. BIG MISTAKE I DEEPLY-regret to this day.

Dr. Golub Evans cares more about media attention than his patients. He is probably capable of doing a good job but prefers not to. He rushes through things and refuses to listen to his patients. I needed a bonding redone and when I went in for the consultation I stressed how important that it looks right because it's my front tooth and he assured me that he will not stop until I am satisfied. When he completed the bonding and I pointed out areas in need of fine tuning, he was rude and had his assistant take over my case. Anyone considering Dr. Golub Evans should find another doctor if they want someone that cares about their teeth and is willing to listen to their patients.

He made me feel very uncomfortable when I asked him questions and did not allow me to look at my teeth before he finished his job. When I finally looked at them my whole smile was so different. Looked like dentures. I just wanted to change the color of two front teeth. Not change the whole style of the teeth. He was rude and annoyed. If he only communicated initially, perhaps this problem would not have arised. He is very hard to talk to and does what he wants and do not listen. He made the teeth very thick and on top of it buck. Just to be mean. My main concern is the amount of enamel he took off the front teeth. The core of the center of the teeth were exposed. I know it was way too much taken off. I only hope I do not have teeth problems or lose teeth at a later date due to his work.
1) He performed a substandard job.
2) Took to much enamel off the front teeth and may put teeth at risk at a later date.
3) His rude and unprofessional arrogant ways are unacceptable.

I made the bitggest mistake of my life when I chose Dr. Jeffrey Golub-Evans to be my dentist. I went to him in good health for a cosmetic makeover of several of my upper front teeth consisting of crowns and veneers and he and his associate (Dr. Charles Silk) caused me enormous pain, suffering and mental anguish along with malocclussion and numerous injuries. The four veneers they placed were UNACCEPTABLE due to BEING OVERLY CONTOURED AND HAVING POOR MARGINS. The post Golub-Evans placed was UNACCEPTABLE due to lack of retention. This was determined by the Peer Review Committee consisting of three dentists from THE NEW YORK COUNTY DENTAL SOCIETY. Additionally I learned that Golub-Evans has been sued thirteen times (twelve of the lawsuits claiming malpractice). Interestingly they were all filed by WOMEN.
A website called WORSTDENTIST.COM lists all of his lawsuits and the complaints and allows you to read the Court documents for free.
Based on what Golub-Evans did to me and at least thirteen other women patients I strongly suggest you consider all of the information you now have before you choose this dentist..

This dentist did veneers for me and I am in constant pain. He ground down most of my teeth without telling me. The veneers are rough and cause swelling of my gums, lips and cuts on the inside of my mouth. He is very arrogant. I am taking him to court and recently learned that 11 patients have sued him for malpractice. Another former patient brought him before the NY County Dental Society and they ruled that his work was not acceptable and he had to refund money. Dr. Jeff Golub Evans is the best cosmetic dentist around. With several accreditations and a vast knowledge of the industry it's no wonder that he has a long list of celeb clients. He has a lovely personality and the staff has always been friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I recently went to another dentist for a routine cleaning and he raved about Dr. Golub Evans' work! I feel much more confidant with my amazing, natural looking smile.

Dr. Jeff is not only the best at what he does in the dental chair, but he is also a very talented artist. His office is filled with his art which soothes the soul as one awaits the drill. He has a very nice attitude and great dispostion. Dr. Jeff seems to get along with his staff very well. He did my veneers and they look great!!!!!!!!!!! Keisha Williams
