I have been going to Dr. Tregerman for years and have always been impressed how knowledgeable he is about dentistry. When I presented with a difficult dental issue, he provided excellent care and took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening in my mouth. He cares and educates his patients. The staff and Dr. Tregerman are very welcoming and will do their best to see you the same day if there is an emergency - which is always a huge relief when in pain or discomfort. He has office hours that go into the early evening and on Saturdays (Sept - June), which comes in handy if you need to go after work or on a weekend. The office is easy to get to by train (6) the busses on Madison and Fifth Ave. Dr. Tregerman's rates are fair and you know you are getting great work done. I have had, cleanings, implants and veneers. The Veneers where painless and have changed my whole smile.
About Front Desk: Excellent staff a Dr. Tregerman's office. They are so helpful and willing to squeeze you in if needed or talk to your insurance company for you.
About Hygienist: Very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable to ask any dental question - big or small. Cleanings are thorough and gentle. You leave feeling fresh and clean.

Dr Tregerman is a fantastic dentist. He is caring and compassionate and his dentistry stands the test of time. I have been a patient of his for many years and he has never let me down. I have had two crowns done and an implant at his office and the results were amazing.

Over 20 years Dr. Tregerman has done a bridge, replaced fillings and quarterly cleanings/check ups. He always gives me options based on different treatments. He is painless and I would recommend him highly to anyone.
About Hygienist: Dr. Tregerman's Hygienist is very gental and thorough. I see her 4 times a year.

I had root canal and a post. Two years later, when I went to another dentist for routine check up, the xrays revealed a problem. It looked like decay under the tooth. It turned out that Dr Tregerman did not do the post and crown correctly. He left a gap and he left material from the dental mold. The crown and post had to be done again. Costing a lot of money, time and aggravation.
When I sent a note to Dr. Tregerman for reimbursement on the job, which had to be redone, I heard nothing back from him.
