Cavity refill. Dr Vatrenko showed up 1 hour late to my appointment and acted as if it was the norm. I was not given any notice of when she would show up to the office.
Had I been the one who was late, I'm sure my appointment would either have been canceled or I would have been charged for the visit. Unfortunately, the reverse is not true. She was extremely late and pretended as if nothing was wrong. I will not be going back to her.

Dr.Vatrenko is the best doctor I have ever had. She is pleasant, always explains procedures, ad you can ask her anything. Also if you have insurance problems you can negotiate a reasonable cash deal. There was a period in my life, when I lost my job and needed tooth work done, I was charged minimum for the visit and the procedure.

This office is TERRIBLE!
I left crying. It took them 45 minutes just to take my x-rays, the machine was broken and they kept on taking it instead of putting me in the next room. They scratched up my whole mouth by using big x-ray slides instead of smaller ones as i kept telling them they're cutting me. Dr Vatrenko was nasty and insensitive, i mentioned that i have a terrible fear of dentists after a really bad experience where a doctor tore out two teeth that did not really have to be removed and the anesthesia did not work. She kept pushing braces when i clearly stated i could never go though anything like that again and my small gaps don't bother me and that i simply couldn't afford it. Her remarks were very harsh and she practically treated me like a spoiled brat, as i had tears in my eyes. When i left, i had a very bad anxiety attack. I'm never EVER going back to that office. All they care about is charging your insurance, there is no personal approach or simple decency.

Dr. Vatrenko is the most thorough and meticulous dentist I've had in years.
