Very disappointing, I had call then and said my wife needed her wisdom teeth pull out because all 4 were bothering her and i didnt have insurance at the moment so they said to come in and they will take care of it. They didnt take care of anything, all they did was take an X-Ray and check her mouth and confirm that yes all wisdom teeth need to be pull out BUT they are not an oral surgeon so they dont deal with wisdom teeths but they will refer me to an oral surgeon that does and I owe then now $125 just for telling me something that me and my wife already knew. This is why the obamacare was create so Dentist office like this one stop taking advantage of insurance company and people without insurance. That dentist office is only interested about the money because why would they make me and my wife come in to waste our time and charge us $125 just to confirm something we already knew but not help us but send us away to a surgeon that can? The right thing to do was to refer us right away to an oral surgeon and state that they dont deal with pulling out wisdom teeths so there wont be no time and money wasted, but hey i guess they saw an opportunity to make an easy buck.

Dr. Tyler Grosso is not an orthodontis and should not handle invisalign cases. I began a treatment plan with Tyler Grosso and he did not complete the services and will be held accountable for his failed attempt at handling my treatment plan. If you are thinking of using invisalign, please save yourself and do not use Tyler Grosso's services.

After my first visit with Dr. Grosso, I left with a feeling of jubiliation that finally I had encountered a dentist who was caring and took great pride in his work. On my first visit I was given a detailed analysis of my dental status and what work needed to be done by Dr. Tyler Grosso and he executed that plan with precision and brilliance. Needless to say, I am and continue to be a happy and satisfied customer. More importantly, the entire staff at Dr. Grosso's office are highly trained and experienced professionals who go above and beyone to make evryone's visit a refreshing experience.

About Hygienist: The Hygienists are an all-start team that pay great attention to their work and results and oh those litlle goody bags with toothpaste, floss etc are great.
