Very bad work, refused to fix anything after paying $12,000. He was ok in the beginning, by 10 years later he was a horrible person and dentist, all crowns over implants fell out.
He switched offices all the time, and mostly didnt care about the terrible work he did.
He is a fraud, he should retir4e and leave NY
I would not suggest that anyone visit him, he will rob you like he did to me.
About Front Desk: Very nice and kind, Bayside receptionist, efficient and caring, how she deals with Serota is beyond me.

Horrible Veneers! Cosmetically they look horrible. Dont waste your time with this old guy! He needs to retire already. His hands are shakey and talks about his boring life and stocks..Horrible Dentist!!!!!!!

Dr, Serota is efficient and does wonderful work. He is aware of causing pain and takes steps to avoid that. He does beautiful work at reasonable prices. he is always pleasent and knowledgable.

Dr Serota is one of the most efficient, pleasant, caring dentist I have known. I have been going to his for so many years and I am so concern that the day will come when he will retire and i dont know how to replace. i have moved out of town and comes back every year just to have clean and take care of my teeth .
His office staff are very pleasant and always so happy.
About Hygienist: His area of work is very clean and he take all the neccesary precautions to prevent contamination
