Doctor is very nice and 100% professional. She did her work with diligence. I do recommend her to everyone.

The staff at the desk in unfriendly and unhelpful. They will ignore you while you stand there and wait. Dr. Abrams seems nice and works well with the kids. When it comes to insurance and payments, she will tell you exactly what you want to hear to get the money upfront. They make you pay upfront and tell you that your insurance will cover it. Then surprise its not covered and all was a lie. Paid them $1,500.00 for sedation and they told me i wold be reimbursed. Insurance company says they only reimburse $120.00 and that they knew that. Insurance sends the check to them and we are still trying to get the money back since April!! If you try to call to speak to the office manager she is always away from her desk or out so you never get to speak to anyone. As of today our insurance company is reporting them for this theft. Its terrible that they lie to make more money in a situation that you feel you have no other choice but to lay it out up front. Totally taken advantage of by this practice! Terrible how they run their office!!
About Front Desk: Terrible! Unfriendly and unhelpful, will ignore you while you stand there and they talk to each other. If you call they will not take a message to have a doctor call you back. You have to keep trying all day till you get someone!

Dr. Abrams is wonderful, she did such a professional, effortless, painless job cleaning my teeth! I was so happy with the esthetic front teeth touch-up job she did prior to my wedding and my wedding pictures came out excellent!!! If you want to be put at ease and feel comfortable with a dentist, then Dr. Elizabeth Abrams is the dentist for you as well! The office is very clean and sterile. The office is also convenient to get to, right off the LIE and Grand Central.
