About Front Desk: I do not know the name of the woman who manages the front desk. She was courteous when I arrived for my appointment. She asked me to fill paperwork out for her. She made a slight human error with my insurance, but it has now been resolved.

About Hygienist: I do not know her name, but she is a courteous young woman, who quickly took my x-rays for me. At first, she struggled a little bit to get the bite-down x-ray plates to fit correctly in my mouth, but we worked it out; I used my finger to hold the x-ray plate in my mouth while she took the film.
