The front desk personnel and hygienist are fantastic. Dr. Murakami's chair-side manner is terrific. They are great assisting with insurance matters, will work with you regarding billing. They provide options for pain alleviation. Costs are good. She is highly recommended.

Dr. Murakami is quick and efficient. When I moved to San Francisco a friend recommended her and she didn't disappoint. Her staff is friendly and helpful. One downside like most busy doctors, you see her hygienists until you have a problem.

I love Dr Murakami. She is very skilled and has done great work for me. The office is nice and the staff friendly and helpful. I highly recomemend

Diane is the best dentist I've ever been to - period. She's top notch. She's a great friend. Generally going to the dentist is an unpleasant event but I look forward to seeing her every time.

Dr Murakami is great.
Her level of skill and work quality surpasses many that I've been to before. She was very considrate of my fearful ways. She gets in and gets the work done with the least amout of pain and with high quality results. Two thumbs up. The rates are about the same as everyone else in the area. The office is nice with nice views and the staff are friendly.

I have recieved the best treatment from Diane Murakami. My previous dentist was a bit cheaper but used inferior methods for making my new front teeth - one of them came out numerous times and was ugly anyway. Diane had an specialist come in and do special consultation with me and color matching - she wouldnt let me use the white caps i wanted and now 12 years later I know why - it would have looked ridiculous. She is awesome.

I have only used Dr. Murakami once so far after I had a filling fall out and needed a crown. I am now wearing a temporary crown that I must admit, does not fit well. I needed a lot of anestesia and I'm not sure if it's because thats me or if the shots weren't given in the right place. When I had my crown fitted, her assistant did the work and she never came in herself to check the fit. I would have to say this is an average dentist. She is very brusque with her staff and sometimes with the patient. Her staff seem to be very nice and helpful. She's a bundle of energy and has a great sense of humor to put you at ease. After I have more work done, I will revise this post.

Dr. Murakami has been my dentist for 19 years. She is the best I have ever had in my life and is a perfectionist in her work. The few times I have seen endodontist or oral surgeon they complemented the beauty of my teeth and the restorations she has done. I love the staff, her assistant Josie is amazing , so kind and skilled and her hygienists, esp Kim! are all gentle and careful with sensitive teeth. I used to have extreme dental anxiety and even had nightmares about my teeth falling out but since Dr. Murakami I have no stress or worries! I would never go anywhere else!
