I had a lot of work done, including 2 crowns on my upper front teeth. I had paid atleast $8,000 to Dr. Yetto, which does NOT include my husband and children! Recently, my front upper left crown 'broke' off down to the gum! Dr. Yetto told me it would last a good 20 years! I called the office and they told me I had a small balance of 200.00 which HAD to be paid before Dr. Yetto would look at me! I was so angry, after paying him the amount I have, on myself alone, and now he won't see me, with the work HE did, over a lousy $200!! They had the nerve to tell me to go to Buffalo Gen or ECMC, they have a dental clinic there!!!
I recently chose another dentist and I have been told that I did nothing wrong, it broke because of mechanical issues!! He never used a post so it nothing to anchor itself. I need all the rest of his work checked to see if there's any other problems!!
I have a job which requires training and talking and I can't have this! I most certainly WILL NEVER go back to him! He did work that DOES NOT hold up and turns you away for pennies, which it is pennies for how much he got from me! He should have seen me and repaired it for nothing! Now, I have to have the whole thing done again!!
BEWARE!!!
About Hygienist: The old hygeinist was very good and pleasant. They replaced her with someone else who is rough and rude, and loves to lecture!

Wow! I could not have imagined how great my new smile turned out! This dentist is fantastic - beautiful office, helpful and friendly staff, and results that are second to none. Plus he actually teaches the other dentists. What more could you ask for?
