I have been under Dr. Pupino's dental care for more than 10 years. He is very informative and experienced. These two characteristics create the conduit for a successful outcome.
He is direct, honest and treats both his patients and the profession with integrity courtesy.
Dr. Pupino's demeanor and ability to have empathy for discomfort is truly a means of enabling patients to feel confident and relaxed.
He prides himself in causing as little discomfort as humanly possible. He is a perfectionist in producing the best outcome feasible without being overbearing or arrogant.
Without reservation I would recommend Dr. Pupino to anyone requiring a dentist that reflects the best practices of the profession ... thorough / kind / gentle.
About Front Desk: Jackie is incredibly knowledgeable of the protocols associated with a successful dental practice. She is easy and flexible with approach to communicating with patients. Her command of being the first line of defense in a profession that is sophisticated and complex is .... first rate!
