The former office manager was incredibly unprofessional, and though she ended up being fired, this is indicative of overall staff attitudes.
I had a very minor procedure done by Dr. Schaeferle, and afterward one cheek was swollen for nearly a week. For months after the procedure I had incredible sensitivity to heat and cold. I ended up going to another dentist to correct the prolem.
There seems to be a general unwillingness to cooperate with insurance companies, and although at first glance the office may look nice, the practice is incredibly unprofessional.
I would NOT recommend anyone visit this dentist.
