i just want you all to know she is the greatest . she treats you like a human being and doesnt show any disgust. the staff is friendly and helpfuli i have a lot of work that still has to be done and i feel like im in great hands

Me and my family have been patients; about 30 years for me and my eldest son; and 25 years for my husband and two younger sons. His father was actually my dentist for a short time. They both are/was very kind and caring men! It was/is a pleasure to have him and his father as our family dentists. To the person who wrote Dr. Bateman was rude on the phone, how unfortunate you might have caught him on a bad day or at a bad time because in all the years I’ve been going I never had that experience. Not to try to blame you or downplay your review, it could also have to do with the interpretation of his tone and/or the comment he made. If you don’t know him, and from your post I got the impression you were a new patient, he can be very direct and this can easily be called rude (unless you know the person’s intent). We seldom have a second chance to make a good impression. Also note, I all my dentistry work was to our satisfaction!
About Front Desk: 99% of his staff are professional. There is one hygienist I try to avoid as her cleanings can be rough and her personality seems to more toward being not so friendly. She could be that type that cranks us in and out.. and now that I wrote that... this just might be the case!! LOLOL The other ladies are absolutely WONDERFUL!!!

Dr. Bateman was very rude on the phone when I called to make an inquiry before making an appointment!! He just now lost a patient. I would not recommend this dentist to new patients.

Dr. Bateman is very caring and totally honest. He listens carefully and explains everything in as much detail as I wish. I have had extensive dental work done by many dentists throughout my life and Dr. Bateman listens with the most compassion. The office is very comfortable and the entire place is, of course, clean as a whistle.
