Dr. Fennell did an outstanding job on two difficult teeth - one that ended up being removed and replaced with an implant and one that broke and needed a crown. This is the first time in my life that I have had dental procedures without pain and that is his credo as he wants patients to be comfortable during procedures. I appreciate that he is conservative in his approach to recommending crowns etc. He and his staff provide state-of-the-art care. When I had my crown put in, it was completed in one visit - another first for me.
Another plus for Dr. Fennell, is his very professional, courteous and competent office staff. This is not always the case in dentist's offices. Also, they are very good about getting insurance reimbursement for services. Overall, I give him and his office an excellent rating.
