Very good. Immediately puts you at ease. Never have felt a Novocaine shot that he has given me!

Very professional. Some costs billed were not considered customary by my insurers. Getting ready to go back for more work.

Dr.Higley is a wonderful gentle man. But his Office staff-well they are rude, and unprofessional. The Dental Hygenist is not well trained. They need to be more Customer Service Friendly.

If you have dentist anxiety, this is the person for you. Very calming , very gentle.

There has never been any painful experience and he has always carefully explained each upcoming procedure. He has made me feel completely at ease and best of all, there has never been a long session in the waiting room.

He is like a Teddy Bear. He has a real gentle way of putting one at ease. I hate dentists so bad I did not go for years. Needless to say I need a lot of Dental work. He is so kind and understanding.
