did not provide written treatment plan promised on several occasions and took a X-ray of an area that had no teeth! recommended an implant as the first treatment in an area that was still under care of an oral surgeon and this area may have needed gum surgery making any implant a total waste of my funds.

Love Dr Madden, Sharon, Sherry & Julie. It's the newer secretary, Lorie, I'm put off by. She hounded me for payment when I was there for a follow up appmnt. She made me feel like I was a deliquent paying client, I did not appreciate it and am carefully considering switching to another Dentist. I always pay my bills!
