Way too expensive. They try to wrap you into their "discount plan" dental program, scare you into thinking your mouth is all but completely doomed, and give you a game plan on how they're going to help fix it. Making you think it's super discounted, they quote you high numbers anyway (higher than other offices). I was terrified that all my teeth would fall out until I saw another dentist and found out that I just need to use a special rinse for a while for gum health.

I visited Dr. Minocha for a simple, routine dental cleaning as I have been shopping around for dentists the last year or so - Mine recently retired. Her staff was eager for patients so they seemed pleasant and courteous on the phone, which surprised me when I dealt with them in person. Dr. Minocha provided me the worst experience regarding dental care I have ever encountered. Not only did a simple cleaning hurt so bad, she had been squinting and squirming in pain, she was also very abrupt and rude in her manner towards her patients. I got so fed up with her office that I walked out for the second half of my visit, only for the staff to charge me for services they did not provide me. I believe I asked her a common dental hygiene question and she avoided it completely with her bs. They were all very rude and unwilling to look at the correctness of their bill and Nikki the receptionist eventually hung up on me in request of accurate and moral billing practices. If I could I would give her no stars, cause she isn't even worth my sympathy.
About Hygienist: She was allright, slightly abrupt which did get on my nerves.

Dr. Minocha is professional, uses the most up to date technology and believes in pain free denistry. She is a proactive dentist and her philosphy and strategy is to get your mouth/teeth healthy and PREVENT recurrence or issues in the future. She has been fabulous with both my husband (who had very poor teeth) and myself (I grind and have sensitivity).

Dental exam was painful - jabbed gums - caused bleeding - pulled back on lips & gums too hard during exam..abrupt communication..worst dental care and exam I have ever encountered.

The front desk staff staff is friendly , the facility is small and clean but the dentist has an odd personality .I did not like her at all and this added stress to getting dental work done which most of us are not crazy about anyway.
About Hygienist: I Liked the dental hygienist, she was friendly and caring.

She has a very pleasant and pleasing personality and so does her staff. It's a small clinic so the patients get detailed attention. There is no wait at all. She has a state of the art facility. She is experienced and has been doing it for many years. I like going there (you may find it strange to hear this). Over the years she and her staff have become friends.
Since I don't have any dental issues, I have only got regular checkups and fillings done here. Her prices are comparable to market/industry rates.
