Feel they are too busy for doctor to spend necessary time with patient. Dental assistants gossip in hallway and some are disrespectful with patient. One I dislike most is Nancy; real treat...Can't even take a painless x-ray! Front desk & administrative stuff very unfriendly by phone. Good luck getting in if you have complications after treatment and your doctor who performed the treatment, is off. None of the other "family practice" dentists would agree to see you; you have to wait for your doctor, never mind you might be in pain!Even though they participate in dental plans they bill patient ENTIRE amount up front (not the patient's responcibility part, the entire thing, and to top it all off, they bill you their retail rate, not the plan rate! even though they know they shouldn't bill more than plan rate...And even better, they do NOT tell you in advance large sume is expected from you up front. Give your dentist free 90 day loan!? If you try to receive your money back sooner than claim settled (3 mos) you have to deal with arrogant billing supervisor, Lisa. Complete female dog! And even if treatment is incomplete/unsuccessfull you are expected to pay some made up fees to Rogers for screwing up?! Root canal on the wrong tooth?Wow
About Hygienist: Hygenist used to be very thourough, that's the reason I started going there & because except dental plans. Now I feel they got too much business & service is lacking. They half ass everything!

I hate rogers family dentistry. I feel they are too busy to spend the time to explain what is going on, and I feel that I was ripped off. I also think they filled cavities that never existed.
