Had seen this dentist ( dr. springer ) for about 7 years. He did a root canal for me. I came back a few times over a two year period complaining it has still being tender and hurting. He has not concered and did nothing, he made me feel stupid and it was all in my head. Now it is a couple years later.... Been seeing a new dentist now. He has been trying to undo this damage ( ie. trying to save the tooth ect... ). Alas! This root canal has abessed ( failed root canal, due to not getting all the roots ). Now I have to have oral surgery! Thanks so much! Only good thing is I won't be in pain anymore like I have been for the past few years. I am so glad I have a new dentist who will listen to me & who really cares, unlike dr. springer. Really wish I had never walked into his office. Live and learn I guess.

About Hygienist: Now on the other hand the hygienist(s) there are very nice, gentle, and do a good job. Just the dentist is no good.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Springer for over 10 years now. Each time we visit it is like a family reunion with the staff instead of an appointment. My 3 sons enjoy going to the dentist and so do Mom & Dad. We make it a family event twice a year. Thank you to all of you at Springers office for being so kind to myself and my family. We love you all.
