I have had fillings, root canal, teeth cleaning over the years. Dr. Faist has been very gentle as dentist. He has also been helpful as I try to figure out budgetary considerations, and doesn't try to push procedures I don't want. Dr. Faist gives his recommendations and gives the potential consequences of not following recommended treatments. Each treatment I have received from Dr. Faist has been successful. I have and will continue to recommend this dentist to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

My family have been patients of Dr. Faist for over 10 years. My kids love to visit the office, it is a very family friendly atmosphere. The office is clean and the equipment is up to date. The staff is very accommodating to my concerns.

About Hygienist: My hygienist Janet is very thorough. I love getting my teeth cleaned! I can't wait for my 6 month appt.

Dr. Faist is very caring and has an easy manner. Listens attentively to problems and concerns. Gives options for treatments when appropriate. Open to patients suggestions. Has top-notch equipment with latest technologies.
I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Faist to others.

I finally found a dentist I don't dread going too!!! The staff is friendly, fun and very competent. I have always found Dr. Faist to be very informative and kind. The quality of dentistry is unsurpassed and I now have a smile I can be proud to show off! I couldn't wait to bring in the rest of my family. Bonus... my kids just love him!! I am always anxious to recommend him to anyone that needs a great dentist!!

Very professional staff and would recommend his office to anyone if you are looking to improve your smile. Dr. Faist and his staff have placed numerous onlays and crowns over the years and I have never had a problem. Also, his Hygienist is very thorough and makes me feel at ease during the entire process. A+ for service.

We generally liked Dr. Faist until he made some very hurtful and TOTALLY innappropriate comments about my spouse to another dentist as part of a referal.
My wife was very embarrassed and in tears due to Dr. Faist's unprofessional and demeaning remarks. I was very unhappy with that breach of trust and doctor / patient confidentiality.
We are now looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Faist is a phenominal dentist and his hygenists do a great job. His treatments and demeanor are above all others that I have ever dealt with bar none. Unfortunately his front office staff has made many situations difficult, including billing. There have been many rude comments about other patients overheard from the office staff. I am currently searching for a new dentist due to those facts. I will miss Dr. Faist, I just cannot handle his office staff any more.

I'm in my mid twenties, and this is the second dentist I've had. Even without experience with many dentists, I can say with confidence that Jerry must be one of the best dentists in the Cleveland area. He is incredibly caring and sensitive to his patients needs and concerns, and he and his staff are absolutely committed to giving you the best dental advice and care available. Dr. Faist's office is very high-tech, and he spares no expense to make sure that he is on top of all of the latest technologies. Dr. Faist is very thorough, and has a philosophy of making your mouth the best it can be, within your budget of course :)
Jerry's dental hygenists are wonderful as well, just as thorough and pleasant as the doctor himself.
The staff is very helpful with cost, insurance, and billing issues.
Overall, I can't report any complaints about the office. Highly recommended!!!
