My first visit was for an oral evaluation. The only problem was they gave me a fluoride treatment and charged $19 for it, without telling me or asking me. I would have declined, and suggested they read up on fluoride treatments. Everyone now know those treatments do not work. This clinic is out of date.

About Front Desk: Overly friendly and cheerful, to the point of being annoying. It's as if they have something to make up for.

Dr. Lemke was called in to do an extraction. I convinced him not to wiggle the needle around in the gum when injecting the local, because my previous experience proved to me it causes more pain and helps nothing. He accidentally popped off the top of the tooth and had to dig around to get the root out. He used my tongue, lips, gums, jaws, and other teeth as leverage, causing extreme pain to areas that were not numbed, but he still failed to get the root out. I finally stopped him when I could handle no more torture. The clinic said they would refund my fee, which they did later, less a $25 charge for Dr. Lemke's visit. I requested anitbiotics and Dr. Lemke offered me Cipro. Everyone knows Cipro is a dangerous drug which causes damage to connective tissue, and it should not be prescribed casually. Dr Lemke is not up to date on drugs, and he botched my extraction horribly. The root is still there, and the healthy tooth next to it is now loose. I will never return to this clinic.

Dr. Watanabe did not listen to my complaint, attempting to convince me that the hygienist did not drill my teeth (which she did). I spit out little pieces of teeth after the cleaning.

About Hygienist: My teeth were ruined by the dental hygienist. I am in constant pain since the dental cleaning which included overly aggressive drilling and unwanted reshaping of my teeth, which are now very sharp and look hideous. I went from having a perfect smile, to no longer smiling due to embarrassment of the way my teeth look now. So much damage was done in just one half hour cleaning. Dr. Aico did not listen to my very grave complaint against the hygienist who ruined my teeth. I feel as though this was the most traumatic dental experience I have ever had. I don't know if I will ever trust another dentist.

I've been going to Aicos dental for over ten years and I'm sad to say I will never be returning there. The place has declined since Jarrod left, Dr. Aico is a a good dentist but her staff is very rude. They schedule appointments and overbook and now huge wait time. I remember a time when the denist used to care and now everything is rush, rush, rush make as much money as possible and screw the patients. I feel like now they over treat and try to max out your insurance.

My 3 kids refuse to go back to this office and have had no problems with new dentists. My youngest son was terrified after his experience with this office and I refuse to take them back again.

she was very rude to my child and refused to let me see my child when she became upset. also she is always over booked leading to a long waiting time.

Dr. Aico is awesome, she is a very patient and kind dentist and she took great care of my daughter and myself.
