The treatment was generally painless and insurance and chair side manners are great. The problem is that this dentist will never answer a call. Even if he has prescribed medication, he wont call you back . His office will place you through hoops and loops to get basic paperwork done. He won't return a call either. Very unprofessional. It seems as if he is more retired than semi retired. Avoid this practice.
About Front Desk: The desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The only problem is this dentist refuses to do any follow up or paperwork for your employer. If you cannot talk, it should not be an issue for your dentist to provide your insurance two minutes of paperwork to that effect.

About Hygienist: When I started going, they had two really great hygientists. They have now gone to other practices and their replacements leave much to be desired. They are more painful and less effective. I am searching for another office in no small part due to this bad experience

Been with Dr. Benis for over twenty years. He has done a number of root canals on me with no problems. I can't understand why other people going to other dentist complain about. He does a great job and explains the different course of options to you.
