Dds Bowen truly cares about his patients. Medical n Medicaid kept denying my claim but he never gave up! Finally they gave in. Thease r my very front teeth. I had no dental ins. I felt alone n in pain' but dds Bowen did not give up. And they finally gave I ñ

D. Bowen has a very dirty waiting room-i needed my top impression-so i can get my top denture-i went 3 diffrent times to get this done-he would not do my impression unless i let him pull my bottom teeth-he actually told me the dental lab only will take both impression-not single impression-he wanted all of the money from insurance -he didnt care what i wanted -he was very pushy-rude-and know all at attitude.i now have to find a new dentist and wait another 6 weeks.i am missing my 20 year high school reunion because i dont have my denture because of Dr. Bowen.so dont waste your time on this dentist-he does not care about his patients.

The facility was not the best but the nurses made you feel real comfortable. Sometimes the wait was bad but over all they got the work done in a timely fashion once you got in the chair. They kept the pain to a min. if you said you felt something they would numb a little more or if it would not numb they would get the infection taken care of before they did anywork. Cost was really good I had no dental insurance and for x-rays and 2 fillings and cleaning was 160.00.

i had no plm with them. they did such a wondeful job. I had a wisdom teeth and they pull it out with no plm/ thanks u

This facility looks like the dental office that 1981 forgot. And not just "regular" 1981, think more along the lines of "war-torn Uganda" 1981. It was dirty, shabby and there was a severe lack of privacy. And by severe lack of privacy, I mean you walk in and as you're talking to the receptionist, you see everyone getting their teeth cleaned. "What's happening guys? Oh yeah, that's right, clearly I can see you're getting a dental cleaning." There are no walls between dental stations, just early 80's-esque cubicle walls. At the end of my cleaning, I had to go to the cubicle next to me to rinse and spit. "Hey random guy, no sense in pretending like we don't know each other now, since I just saw your root canal through this makeshift paperthin wall and you just saw me spit some bloody water in your sink!" I am now afraid I may have contracted some terrible blood borne disease from the nastiness inside. This place needs a visit not only from a health inspector, but perhaps even a wrecking ball. Bottom line: I have never seen anything so craptastic and rinkydink in my life, and used to get my teeth cleaned at a free clinic in the ghetto. That is all.

so scary! I will not go back! Rude receptionist, dirty facilities. I was a nervous wreck already and this didn't help. won't be going back

did not do a good job on my root canal now my tooth is so badly damaged it has to be removed .i also know of 3 other people who have had bad root canals by dr bowen and could not save the tooth and had to have them removed. he broke my tooth and damaged my jaw bone , did not kill the root and filled it with a unknown substance my endodontist thinks.now i have to pay for a costly painful extraction.
