I would recommend this practice to anyone. I phoned in on Saturday, yes Labor Day weekend. Not only did they take my call, they said to come over right away. The Dentist was so caring about me, even though I was not an exsisting patient. I was treated with professionalism and a big smile. They had me all fixed up in no time. Not only was i sastisfed I was so grateful to them. I would go back there in a second. They would bend over backwards to help in a minute. See for yourself, call make an appointment. They will help in anyway they can. Good people. Not enough of them in today's world.
About Front Desk: Very friendly. Treated you like you mean something to them. Willing to help with insurance or a payment plan if necessary.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was friendly and willing to assist in anything I needed.

These guys are awesome. Everyone is so nice. They have taken great care of my family. My kids love this place. My husband and I have had beautiful cosmetic dentistry over the years. Even my grandma got dentures and loves the Fixari Dental Family. I would highly recommend to anyone!
About Hygienist: We have had different hygienist clean our teeth and we all have a favorite. They are great! Very concerned about us being comfortable. The kids love the TV's, video games and getting a prize.

I just have one concern and not about the treatment I have received. Almost every appointment I ever scheduled with Dr. Mark has been rescheduled for the time or day. I have never had that happen at any other dentist office. It is really inconvenient from a working standpoint and could potentially cause Fixari to lose patients. There should be another alternative to see another dentist on the same date and time or rescheduling should be at my discretion as the patient.

We have used Fixari family for 2 1/2 years now and I feel that the dentist are wonderful as well as the staff.
I do feel however that they are extremely expensive and not willing to work with you as for making payment arrangements.
Most people do not have the means to pay in full and if you are unable to do so they will send you elsewhere.
They have a very clean facility and try to meet all expectations and for this we travel about 40 minutes to use them.
If you are looking for gentle and kind this is the place to go but please keep in mind the expense you occur using them and their lack of working with you in paying.

I have been going to Dr. Fixari for over 15 years and he has only improved. His assistants and office staff are always pleasant and helpful, the facility itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is extremely relaxing and the overall experience was the best I could expect anywhere. I have never had a dentist so gentle--I have honestly never felt any pain when he anesthesizes me. Dr. Mark is extremely personable and immediately puts you at your ease. His billing procedures are equally painless. Here's how much I like Dr. Fixari--I have never had dental insurance and I have still always gone to him. He's worth every penny.

all you have to know is they do great work and serve freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. 'Nough said!

This Facility is a very friendly place, and truely pain free!! I have had a lot of work done here, and everyone was so plesant and nice, and seemed to be very concerned of your comfort.. I highly recommend Dr. Fixari and his team of staff...
