My Mother, sister & I have all been treated by Dr. Steve “Chief”, my mother calls him. He has worked with all three of us in keeping good dental health even though we didn’t have Dental Insurance. He worked out “doable “ financial plans so we could maintain good oral health. He is kind, funny & very caring. We were sad to see him in partial retirement but applaud his choice for entrusting his business…DeDe Thompson Pauley

I have caught this clinic lying to me for 3 times. I don’t like to call people a liar, but this time I have to say that this clinic is a liar. I don’t know how a patient can trust a dentist when he obviously makes false statements to patients and doesn’t keep his words/promises. It’s about the credibility of the whole clinic and the personality of the dentists.
This review is to prevent any other patient from suffering the same thing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ralston for 20 years! He IS beyond all doubt THE BEST dentist I have ever had! He is extremely gentle and caring, very personable, and highly professional. Just can't say enough about Dr. Steve and his incredible staff! I am sorry to say that I am moving to Florida and will have to find a new dentist. Sadly for me, Dr. Steve could never be replaced.
About Hygienist: I have also been seeing Sandy at Dr. Ralston's office nearly 20 years! She is also very gentle - yet thorough, and very personable!

My wife's family has been going to Dr. Ralston (and his predecessor) for many years and he became my dentist upon my marriage. Even though we now live across Columbus, we still feel it is worth it to retain his services.
His office has recently expanded and provides efficient service in a comfortable environment without me worrying about how much of my bill is paying for the decor.
I believe the cost is on par with those in the area.
