Dr. Slack has been our family's doctor for 28 years. He and his team are exceptional. He is compassionate, provides quality dental care, is always prompt and goes out of his way to meet our needs.

Dr Slack destroyed one of my healthy teeth by accidentally capping the wrong tooth. I was nice enough not to sue. When I went to a good dentist to correct the remaining problem tooth, he found many more problems. I asked Dr. Slack to help pay for the cost of my repairs, and he refused.

Dr. Slack's practice gave me the easiest and one of the most effective dental cleaning/exams that I have ever had, and they took me as a patient next day after I called. Highly recommended.

teeth cleaning that was done professionally but did not like his 'use car sales man' manner once he evaluated my teeth for additional work

I had a crown put in by Dr. Slack over five years ago. I have move four times in the last three years. Every dentist that I have visited in each part of the country has made comments on what a nice job he did on that crown years later. Great guy. Served his country in the militray. Cares more about his patients than anything else. It's a passion for him and that trickles down to his employees.

I have lived all over the United States and have visited many different dentists - Dr. Slack is easily one of the best. He provides just the right mix of efficiency (gets you in and out of the chair quickly), quality work, and taking the time to put you at ease.

Dr. Slack is the best dentist our family has ever had. We like the personable staff and the convenience of the location. Dr. Slack is a great dentist for young children.

They have convenient hours, and are very accomodating about fitting people in with little notice, when the need calls for it. The staff is very pleasant and gentle.
My dealings with this dental office and my insurance have been nothing but headaches. This is an "out of network" dentist for my insurance and thus they never know what the insurance will pay. It has been frustrating.
