Donald Morgan, DDS performed a root canal on me. After I was given a sedative (which seemed to be immediately effective), he was away for an long time. Before he got around to working on me, the sedative seemed to have worn off (no numbness remained). When I asked for more sedative from the staff as I waited, they did nothing. When Dr. Morgan finally came back, I told him I needed more sedative, & he just insisted it couldn't have worn off, yet. Not long after he began the root canal, I found myself unable to contain my screams in response to the pain, but Dr. Morgan just kept drilling & told me to shut up as he did so! Who (in severest pain) can contain a scream without closing their lips?!?! His drill was in my mouth!
Dr. Morgan is unethical, inept, & at times an outright liar. He should not have a license to practice dentistry. The root canal was not properly completed & needed to be retreated. I've given him multiple opportunities to do so & he has proven uncooperative. Those multiple opportunities were multiple SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS at which he just gave me some BS excuse as to why he couldn't teat me that day & sent me home without doing ANYTHING.

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!! I'M ONLY CHOOSING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WON'T LET ME GIVE THEM ZERO. I've been waiting 5 months to get my partials. First they lost my paperwork for 30 days, then they forgot to send the treatment plan into my dental insurance for another 2 weeks. They tried to justify it by saying that they have 4 offices and new employees. That's not an excuse to make your patients suffer. Every time I go in, it's to do one thing, then I have to come back in another 2 weeks to do something else. Finally when they pulled my teeth, I waited around 4 weeks for them to heal. Went in, did the mold, then had to wait another 2 weeks just to pick out the color. BTW,VITA that shade scale they brought out to choose from were not the full spectrum of colors. I had to pull a picture up of the full spectrum of shades ( bleached shades 0 M1-M3) on my phone and inform them that those are not correct and show them which one I wanted which was the bleached shades that they tried not to offer. Needless to say I'm still waiting on this WORTHLESS DR.

I was referred to Dr. Morgan for a root canal. I was extremely nervous about getting this treatment done. As soon as Dr. Morgan explained the treatment and assured me that the tooth could be saved I was immediately relieved! The root canal was not nearly as bad as I had heard that they were. Dr. Morgan is very gentle and I barely felt the needle when he was numbing. The procedure took a little over an hour and he stayed in the room from beginning to the end! The treatment that he recommended for the tooth was a crown which is the best option for the tooth after a root canal. Even though a crown is an expensive procedure I didn't feel pressured at all! I have recommended all my friends and family to Dr. Morgan.

Dr. Morgan is unethical, inept, & at times an outright liar. He should not have a liscence to practice dentistry. The root canal was not properly completed & needs to be reteated. I've given him multiple opportunities to do so & he has proven uncooperative, most likely because he would receive no further $ for it. So I now need to see an endendontist, which I was told multiple times was not possible without me paying $635 out-of-pocket because medicaid wouldn't cover retreatment.
After filing 2 complaints, Medicaid got back every dime paid to him for my treatment, so now I am able to see the endendontist to fix the mess he caused.

I had has no pain in the tooth that Dr. Morgan claimed needed a root canal prior to the appointment, but after he did the root canal, I sure did! He did not drill deep enough & I ended up with a refund because he just kept lying to me.
When he did the root canal, he was away dealing with other patients for 20-30 minutes after I was given the sedative before beginning the root canal. As I was waiting, the numbness from the sedative wore off, and I informed the of this. When Dr. Morgan finally came back, I informed him that the sedative had worn off, & asked for more. He insisted that it couldn't have worn off yet & that I'd be fine. Well, when he performed the root canal, it wasn't long before the pain became so severe that I could not contain my screams of pain! Dr. Morgan just continued working on me & TOLD ME TO SHUT UP (as if I could while his hands were in my mouth?!?!
