I went in for a consultation, I meant Dr. Bilski, and I must say what a very very arrogant man, truly stuck on himself. And his assistant was very rough very loud, and very rude, when I was finished with my consultation, I had to meet again another person, and this woman was the money person, wanted to start my work right away and needed half the money just to set the appointment time. Not happy with. The office and really not happy with his staff, I will not return for my 5000.00 dollar treatment, when the dentist down the street did it for 800.00 ..

You will be surrounded by colors and ambiance that sooth you anxieties and fears as you are greeted by the very gracious and competent staff that makes you feel like you are the only patient for the day, and your comfort and safety is their top priority.
As you are sited in the chair you begin to realize that you are not about to meet the run of the mill dentist; someone that has payed so much attention to every small detail of his practice is truly a master of his art.
Finally you meet him and realize that this is not his job but his calling; this is his passion and life pursuit. He works with confidence , competence and purpose while making sure you are comfortable and can go home to right a review such as this.
Ho! Did I mention that he his not only easy on the mouth but is easy on the eye?
Yes, you will have a dental appointment like you never had before.

I had Veneers put in four years ago, there is a five year warranty on them. I went in nervous as I knew one had cracked, he assured me during a 30 second appointment that they were fine, "for today." I wasn't satisfied with that answer and went for a 2nd opinion. The 2nd opinion told me it did need replaced. In that case, Dr. Bilski should have since it was less than 5 years old. Instead, he told me everything was fine and CHARGED me for a 30 second visit. I referred so many patients to him and now he's just money hungry and doesn't care about the patient.
About Front Desk: Front desk didn't try to remedy the issue in any way. They collected my payment and went on their way.

My first time at this office, very disappointed. Dr. Bilski is very eragant, the young girl that assist him was not very nice. Very loud and rude, they both rushed me through my appointment. When I could not afford my 20,000 dollar treatment they told me to go to case western or the hopital on west25th street. I was not treated very fairly, maybe because of my race.
About Front Desk: Same on the blonde lady / money taker!! Very one sided, you can tell its all about the money and not the care if a patient

I had treatment from Dr. Bilski several years ago (in 1998) for a routine filling. As soon as the novocaine wore off -- my tooth was throbbing and then my entire jaw was throbbing. He had tamped the plastic filling in too hard, it had expanded and was pressing on the nerve. I was told repeatedly by the office to "take Advil and the pain would go away." It did not. I woke up sobbing in the middle of the night. After 2 weeks, Dr. Kindl, his partner at the time, removed the filling and put in a medicated on to calm the nerve -- to no avail. At this time, it was decided I would require a root canal because my nerve had been so damaged and I was in so much pain.
That was the first time I had ever seen Dr. Bilski (I had always seen Dr. Kindl before -- who was retiring) and after that I never again went back to his office again. The root canal and crown were very costly. I had those procedures done elsewhere. All that pain -- just from a poorly done filling! But what was worse is that for 2 weeks I was calling and calling their office, crying and in pain and no one would listen to me!
That is my experience.

When I went to Dr. Bilski to have a crown and root canal done I was pleasantly surprised! I felt no pain from the injection and he completed the procedures very quickly and in one appointment, even the crown. As far as I'm concerned Dr. Bilski is the best!

Dr. Bilski made me so comfortable and knew exactly what to do to help me. When I had my temporaries my friends and family though they were the new teeth they looked so good. It felt great to have nice teeth in the trasition while they made my veneers. Once I had my veneers put in I could not believe how real they looked, I have seen other peoples and you could always tell. Dr. Bilski said that people whould probuably not notice but could tell something was different about me. Everyone at work kept looking and asking me if I had lost weight or done something with my hair or something. It felt so great to be getting compliments from people. I Love my veneers! Thanks Dr. Bilski!
