He is a very nice guy. Even when something is uncomfortable, he does his best to make sure you are not afraid and are experiencing minimal pain. He is funny and friendly. He is timely. He also seems to know the most recent updates in the field

When Dr Greenbaum did my dental implant, he miscalculated the size of the implant. When he realized that the implant was too high, he decided to drill the opposite tooth for making enough room even though it was healthy. He never informed me of what had happened. I only find out while visiting a different dentist who was surprised seeing Dr Greenbaums work.
Dr Greenbaum also decided to switch insurance networks without any notification. After months of treatment I found out that my insurance would no longer have the same coverage. Therefore, I had to cover extra out of pocket expenses as Dr. Greenbaum did not agree to honor the original agreement.
