I have been a patient of Dr Castels for several years along with my family. I have generally good things to say about him and would reccomend him to a friend. His prices are going rate but does restrict them to usual and customary for insurance purposes. I have been generally happy with his work with the exception of the crown which needs to be refit. However he does seem to be doing all he can to make it right. The office is clean and the staff is mostly pleaseant and attentive. My only complaint would be that as a new practice he seemed a bit preoccupied with the finances. Understandable I suppose but it occasionally left me to question whether I really needed the procedure right away or if he needed rent. Don't misunderstand the work was always needed but I have to space it out for insurance purpose and he always wants to do it right away. In all I would reccomend him.
