I read the reviews and was shocked.
My experience has been nothing but trouble. I arrived at the office and waited a very long time to be seen. From the receptionist to the dentist it was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Picking instrument off the floor then attempting to use that same instrument in my mouth is a huge cause for alarm. M y first thought was. I know they are going to get another clean utensil. They did not. They put it on the tray with the rest of the stuff. Then attempted to act as if nothing had happened.
I spoke the the assistant when the dentist left and asked spoke about what had happened they totally brushed it off.
The dentist returned back to the treatment room with the same gloves he had on before he left the room. I started to panic at this point and wonder. Are they that inconsiderate? Is this truly happening? Is the dentist that cheap he will not change his gloves. How many other people have they done this too. OMG..... I am totally afraid and will not return and I advice others not too.

Dr Leavitt is an excellent dentist. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, skilled. I an not say enough good things about him and his practice.

The best. Very professional and makes sure you understand what's going on. Explains procedures and plans with good detail.

I was anxious about changing dentists. After one visit with Dr. Leavitt, I wish I had done sooner. Everyone was friendly and state of the art equipment is used for exams, cleanings, etc.
I especially loved the little "mini bar" in the waiting room with complimentary juices and granola bars. Helpful since my appointment was over my lunch time.
I can't wait to go back.

not the best facility. staff is friendly, but too many patients in chairs at the same time does not inspire confidence.

Very helpful staff, Hygienists are terrific, Dr. Leavitt is extremely professional and knowledgeable, explains procedures very well. A bit on the expensive side.

A first-class operation from start to finish. Friendly, effecient, thorough and professional. Great care is taken with patients like me who have low pain thresholds. Doug makes going to the dentist an easy routine. His staff is also very good at managing the increasingly complex dental insurance issues that plague those of us who aren't good at it. The costs for Doug's services aren't cheap...but first-class care isn't something to pinch pennies over. I have been in Doug's care for several years and have never regretted making the switch to his service. He even gives out the "good" toothbrushes.

I have had problems for my entire life and never had terrific success. At 50 the lack of the best care has shown up. Fortunately, my periodontist recommended Dr Leavitt and he has put me on a plan and a path to restoring my Dental health. Dr Leavitt is warm, understanding, patient and has the coolest offices you have ever seen. During one appointment I had to wait for a crown to be made and I was able to surf the web and take care of business right from the dental chair.
