This dentist came highly recommended by family and friends. My husband and I have had a hard time making ends meet these past few years after I got diagnosed with MS and expected a dentist listed in our church bulletin to sympathize with this. Before I went in for my appointment I gave all of my insurace information and disclosed my medical condition. They allowed us to come in several times before informing us that our insurance was not accepted. Now on top of my already huge stack of medical bills, I have to pay for dental visits that normally would be covered 100% within our network. Very disappointed and upset!!

Mixed feelings about Dr. Hunt's office. Dr. Hunt is a competent, kind, concerned, and professional. He seemed very concerned with my dental and overall health. Any bonding work or cleaning he did was high-quality. However, I don't care for the front desk staff. I have found one or two to be a bit abrupt and discourteous. Also, I don't think the doctor is very flexible in relation to emergency calls. I called in with an emergency request - a broken front tooth - and the office would not schedule me in for three days. I have a high-profile job, so this amount of time is not acceptable. Finally, I did not select Dr. Hunt to handle my reconstructive dental work. I called with questions, and my calls were never returned. I also asked to speak to previous patients or to see photos of his work, and these requests were not met. I recommend Dr. Hunt for general work, but cannot recommend him for reconstructive work, and do not recommend his office for emergency situations. So in short - great dentist overall, but needs to work on the customer service aspect of the practice.
