My experience with Dr. Asadi was horrible. She did not explain costs to me upfront. She had a rude demeanor and her mind seemed elsewhere the whole time she was working on me. She would snap at her office manager Linda constantly during my procedure. She was easily irritated and taken off task. I paid extra to have the porcelain liner for 1 of my 2 crowns that she did. You can see the silver margin on the tooth that was in my smile line and the one I paid $100.00 extra to have the porcelain liner. I told her I refused to pay the $100.00 because it looked terrible. She got angry even after admitting that you could see the margin but she said that was the way she was taught to do crowns in dental school for gum health. She did not have a hygienist on staff because she does all of the cleanings. She said I needed a deep perio cleaning it literally took a total of 10 minutes at the most. She never flossed my teeth or offered me a toothbrush or toothpaste. I have had deep cleanings in the past and they took 45 mins to an hour. I have had pain on both teeth she did crowns on and went back for a follow up appointment. She said I might need root canals on both teeth. Then why did she put crown on?
About Hygienist: The DEEP cleaning took 10 minutes or less. She never measured the pockets in my gums or flossed my teeth. It appeared she is cutting corners to save costs. She was rude after I paid for my work.

just run away from this office and the dentist. She so rude and disrespetive as soon as she get paid...

I would not recommend Dr. Asadi to anyone. She convinces people they need work that they do not and performed a procedure without explaining costs associated with it. I also found her practice to be disorganized and dirty. I have filed a complaint with the Dental Association and let my insurance provider know.

had some crowns done to correct my smile....its worse now
Doctor will not fix them.

she doesnt warranty any work.my crowns look really fake they hang lower than the rest of my teeth.she refuses to fix it.

Not only did we have to change the appointment a couple of times because they kept on forgetting that my wife existed, they messed up our insurance papers, thus starting a long and frustrating process. This is after they lost her file. The papers were filed under the other dentist, who is out of network for our insurance.
Having scheduled the appointment for a regular check up and cleaning, I just sat in the chair letting him go about his business. I did not opt for the flouride cleaning, but they certainly charged me for it.
My wife, to no fault of her own, always has cavities. When the dentist, Dr. Tricoli, filled those cavities, he must have done something wrong. It has been well over a week and she needs advil to get by. She was the captain of her Lacrosse team and suffered many injuries, rarely did she take advil at those times.
In short, this has been the worst experience we have had with a dentist.

I was scheduled to receive a cleaning as well as a consultation re: a mouthpiece to stop my teeth grinding (bruxar's guard) & biting the insides of my cheeks when I sleep. Dr. Asadi's demeanor was not very friendly and she seemed to like to use scare tactics. She was so focused on trying to get my money for invisalign braces and/or a bruxar's guard that she completely forgot to even do my cleaning. Office seemed very unorganized.

Patient First Dental is by far the worst dental office I've ever been to. My family and I will not return. It seemed extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and I think they may have used the same instruments as the patient before me. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

very expensive services even with dental insurance. Office is clean. Staff is friendly.
