After having 2 bad experiences, my husband and I finally feel like we have a dentist that we can stay with for a long time. Great "bed-side" manners and very friendly staff.

I grew up deathly afraid of dentist resulting from a very bad experience when I was 10. It took many tanks of gas to get me to go back. After going to Tom - I have not had gas since. He is a fantastic dentist. I would recommend him to anyone.

He is friendly and confident. His manner puts you at ease. So far all my dental work has been relatively pain free. The staff is very pleasant.
Upgrades have been made to the office. Music headphones, flatscreens.
Overall...for the dental office it is as pleasant experience as one could have.

Dr Cox's office is very clean and organized. I was never kept waiting. And even though I know nothing about dental equipment, you can tell the difference between new and old technology. There was no 1950's equipment in this office. Their X-Ray machine was very new and very easy and quick. I may be a little biased considering I saw Dr. Koren (right across the hall) since I was a child and graduated to Dr. Cox as an adult, but if you are looking for a new dentist the search is over. Still not convinced? Dr. Cox continues to be my dentist and I live in Lansing, MI now... I spend more in gas coming for my appointment than I do for my copay.

This office is very friendly and comfortable. They even have tv's to watch while you are having your procedures done. I have been going here for 10 years and am very happy. I have dental insurance. But the things I have to pay for are pretty reasonable and they help you by letting you make payments. They were very flexible with me when I had a crown and it took me a few months to pay this off. Good dental office!
