Dr. James Fultz (Sr.) is a fantastic dentist with high standards of professionalism and extensive expertise in dentistry. As a child, I was petrified by my former dentist due to history of physical abuse. I had scarlet fever which stripped my teeth of enamel. Imagine how it felt to know that I had 12 cavities at one time! With his expertise, Dr. Fultz helped me get through the trauma in accessing dental services. As a result, I've been able to seek consistent services for 30 plus years. To date, Dr. Fultz has provided excellent care to ensure my comfort which has enabled me to seek services for cleaning, filling, root canal, examination of 4 broken teeth at one time, referred to competent surgeons for root canal/extraction and wisdom teeth removal. I've returned many times and am thankful for his patience and pain-free ability to enjoy my life with sensitive teeth and the need for optimal dental health.

Time has passed but my memory hasn't since Mr Fultz placed bridges on the upper and lower right side while infecting all four teeth. For 20 years I was sick with the last 10 years bedridden. Due to his negligence I will have to contend with the effects of long term antibiotic usage of which includes a damaged microbiome, trigeminal nerve and other issues. His negligence took away my career, health and life style. I have spent over $85,000 in restoration and recently discovered I require an 8th implant. The only reason the Ohio State Dental Board didn't take action was due to another incompetent individual. The only justice I can ever achieve is that this man be injured in the manner in which I received under his care so that he could live the rest of his life sick or better yet dead.

This is one of the best dentists you will ever find. He is bright, ethical, care about his patients and down to earth. His touch is very gentle, chair side manner is excellent, the office is impeccably clean and the staff is very friendly and courteous. Many of his patients are highly educated and successful (this should say something). His circle of professional association are the top notch specialists in the area (this should say something as well). Under his care I was able to save the teeth that only had a little chance to survive. I am a health care professional. My husband and I both have post graduate level education. We have been Dr. Fultz's patients for looong time because he is very good at what he does!
About Hygienist: They clean teeth effectively with a gentle touch. They are friendly, yet very calm people and I really appreciate that type of personality in this setting.

I've had one new filling, and one replacement filling.
They don't use nitrous oxide to the best of my knowledge.
Chairside manners good. Friendly experienced dentist and staff, same crew and same location for many years. I would recommend to others.
