I have been going to Dr. Jarvis' office for a long time. I am not a fan of dentists (by not a fan, I mean ABSOLUTELY terrified). Dr. Javris unfortunately does not do a lot to calm your fears. Once I had a cavity that he was working on and half way through realized it was much deeper than he thought. Rather than numbing the area more or telling me what was going on, he just kept going and hit a nerve. I started crying and asked him to stop. That's when he explained the cavity was deeper and asked if I wanted numbing medicine. He didn't say sorry or seem to care that now I was even more scared and in a lot of pain.
About Hygienist: I love the hygienst at the office. Really it is the best part of being there. I forget her name, but she always remembers my family and I and knows what is going on in our lives and seems truly interested. She is the only nice part of being there.

I choose Dr Jarvis as my personal Dentist because besides he is close to where i live he's also an expert Dentist who has a "light hand" and you don't feel the pain when he does the procedure. Dr Jarvis is also a very nice person as well as all the staff in the clinic.
I went to his clinic for teeth cleaning, teeth filling, and crown. My son liked him a lot because he didn't feel any pain when he did his filling.
I absolutely recommend Dr Jarvis to my friends.

Dr. Jarvis was a phenomenal find! He is patient, kind, and is able to explain everything in a way in which I can understand. I have truly found a Dentist I will keep for a lifetime. His staff is completely accomodating and top notch! Dr. Jarvis is more interested in my dental health than in making a fortune off of me.
About Hygienist: She is a genius! She knows what she is doing and SO personable! I love her!

Went to see Dr Jarvis mid-morning on a Friday for a tooth ache. The tooth was an anchor tooth under a bridge. Dr Jarvis ground down a tooth above the bridge saying it was most likely a contusion even though I have never had this problem in the two years I had the bridge. For the pain Dr Jarvis said to use just something like Aleve. I try to explain that I have taken a couple tablets and he stated to up the dosage. To make the long story short, pain got increasing worse and of course Dr Jarvis office is closed on Friday afternoon with no way to contact him. I ended up having to go to the emergency room for treatment and then a specialist for a root canal. Dr Jarvis did not take care of a patient in need.
I feel that I did not receive the neccessary care one would expect from a doctor. I stopped going to him and found another dentist within our insurance coverage network. Dr Jarvis cost is high. I would suggest to advoid this dentist.

Dr. Jarvis is very personable. He explains whatever procedure he will perform and gives reasons why. He and his staff are always aware of the most cost effective way to go about treatment options but never sacrificing quality. We have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Jarvis' services. As a matter of fact, I hated the dentist and because of previously terrifying experiences with other dentists, had not visited the dentist for over 5 years prior to visiting Dr. Jarvis' office. A co-worker recommended Dr. Jarvis and my family has been going to his office for about 4 years now. I am no longer fearful of the dentist and have never experienced any pain or discomfort after any visit. Dr. Jarvis' support staff is also experienced and know how to put you at ease.

Dr. Jarvis is a marvelous dentist. He knows what he is doing, keeps up to date, and makes his patients feel very much at ease. His supporting staff also are marvelous folk. I heartily recommend Dr. Jarvis.
