Dr Zody is efficient and friendly and keeps cost at a minimum. She is honest and trustworthy. I had a partial made about a year ago and she recommended it as I did not want the typical one that showed the metal clasp. She did a great job and handled the situation with compassion. I need implants and she referred me out but understood I could not afford them and did not try and push them on me. She now treats most of my family and I am referring many friends her direction and they also have great comments. The staff have been at that office quite a while, little turnover. April and Sarah make you feel at home. They always work us in for any emergency we have. I must add that Dr. Robert Bancroft began this practice and I still miss him but glad she is there now. Like most dental offices the only down side is that there are no discounts for self-pay patients so I have to refer them to another office if it is a friend or family. Discounts for the uninsured would be great!
About Hygienist: Pam is the dental hygienist that we prefer. She used to be with Dr. Bancroft and she is also very compassionate and personable and trustworthy and with her experience does a great job! We always try and schedule with her.
