After a LONG time away from the dentist due to my previous experiences, I decided to get back on track. I was strongly encouraged by my family to try Dr. Cooke. Words can't express the quality of his work, his kind and gentle chairside manner, and the competency of his very friendly staff. From reception to the assistants to the hygienist to Dr. Cooke, himself, my office visits have been nothing short of incredible. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, caring, non-judgmental, and will tell you what they're doing every step of the way, while taking every precaution to ensure there is no pain; he seems to have the highest standards when staffing his practice. Dr. Cooke may be a touch more expensive, but there's a very good reason for that and they'll work with you to get a payment plan that you can afford. I'm excited to be healthy, back on track, and no longer apprehensive about the dentist.
The facilities aren't like a health spa, nor are they meant to be. I think Dr. Cooke tried to make his office feel more like home and more familiar, and it really works. The 'health spa' motif can sometimes feel contrived and end up being just as clinical as a stark white office. I rate his facility with a full four stars.
About Hygienist: Joan is not a small part of what made my experiences so wonderful. Though I have only had one hygienist appointment, there is no question that her work is heads-and-tails beyond what I expected. She was friendly, funny, personable, caring, and careful. It had been so long since my teeth felt that clean (even when I was going to the dentist regularly) I could have hugged her.

Dr. Cooke is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. Everybody working for him is very professional. They called me after each visit to make sure I am doing well and if I need anything. I would highly recommend Dr. Cooke for dental work.

I have been going to Dr Cooke for 8 years, and by far the best in the US. From the front desk to the hygenist to the chair side assistant, everyone is well trained, professional, and knows when to pause!.. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Procedure still in progress. So far extremely pain free. superior chair side manner, front desk and assistance provide Ritz Carlton service!!! I have already recommended his services to my friends . I have only been a patient since April 2009 and feel confident I have the best on the westside. I never thought I would ever feel relaxed about gong to a dentist, now I do and look forward to my process be completed by the end of this year.

Dr. Cooke is excellent! I recommend all my friends and family to him. He really cares for the patient and gets to know them on a personal level. He is a little expensive, but it is worth it to get the Ritz style red carpet treatment. Thanks Doc!

Wonderful dentist. Excellent care and a very caring staff. Being in the dental field, I have seen the good and bad, and Dr. Cooke truly practices quality dentistry.

I originally met Dr. Cooke socially through high school sporting events in which both of our daughters participated. I had recently moved here from Philadelphia for work and I had not found a dentist that I was comfortable with.
After my first visit, which I still distincly remember even though it was over ten years ago, I recall thinking that I had never left a dentist's office feeling so comfortable and at ease. Now we all know (depending on your level of self-honesty...) that it is just plain unnatural to have someone stick their fingers in your mouth. Dr. Cooke has somehow and almost miraculously as far as I'm concerned, built a practice and created an environment that eliminates all of the discomfort normally associated with a visit to the dentist.
Dr. Cooke always keeps me well informed of all of my dental concerns and if a problem does arise, he makes sure that I fully understand the situation and he offers me several solutions. Dr. Cooke and his staff make me feel as though I am their only patient.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cooke and can honestly say that he makes going to the dentist as close to enjoyable as possible.

Dr. Cooke is incredibly professional. He handles each patient with care and respect. My veneers are absolutely gorgeous. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mouth. I recommend him to the highest degree.
About Hygienist: Joan is wonderful. I enjoy going to their office every six months because of the kind of care I receive.

New to the area, I was interviewing w/dentists for a job as Dental Assistant. Dr. Cooke received the highest recommendations from other dental professionals in the area. I spent a whole day observing and shadowing his staff and found his manners, professionalism, and dedication to the smallest level of detail was outstanding. Once you work for him or have a procedure done by him, you will never go elsewhere. He has a lab right next door, and whenever he does crowns or veneers or dentures, he will have the lab owner come in to see the patient, evaluate the work, and consult on the inlay/onlay/crown/veneer, etc. No better work is done anywhere. Expensive but worth it.
