I have been a patient of Dr. Layton's for quite awhile. He is a good dentist, and does great work.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist Shelley Harris is the most amazing kind hearted hygienist I have ever been too. She really treats you as if she cares about you. She always has a smile on her face, and is very gentle. My son is 4 years old and I have a daughter 6, and they both love her. They ask to go to the dentist. She is a very nice christian lady, and is great with kids. She is truly an asset to the practice. If you have ever had a bad experience with a hygienist.... go see Shelley. She is the best ever. Loves Kids.........

My overall recommendation is not to go to this dentist. My wife and mother-inlaw went here for dental work and had almost nightmare experiances. My mother-inlaw had to go to another dentist to have the metal tip from a dental instrument removed from her filling. I had caused the tooth to get infected. My wife had some fillings put in that made it hard to bite down correctly. He also had his hygienist do work on the teeth that should be left to the dentist. We eventually had to go to another dentist to repair the work that was done, and found out that she needed a root canal.

Dr Layton and his staff are always there when I need them. He is an excellent dentist. I never thought I would ever get over my fear of going to the dentist but Dr. Layton painless procedures helped me to overcome my fears.
