Stay away from this dentist!!!!! Everything he did in mine and my son's mouth has become a dental disaster. We are both now missing teeth because of botched root canals.

This dentist has great bedside manner & doesn't try to push you to have things done if they are not truly needed. He is honest and caring. I had a cleaning & was cavity-free, so no major work from him. But my husband has received a filling there and it was a pain free and positive experience. When I inquired about pricing, for possible future services, they seemed average compared to past dentists of mine, but to me that is expensive. Dental work is expensive even if you are lucky enough to have insurance. Also, the staff was friendly, upbeat & genuinely seemed to like their jobs. A nice touch.
About Hygienist: I DID NOT enjoy my hygienist!! I'm sorry I cannot recall her name. She was a nice person & a friend specifically suggested her, but I have sensitive teeth & gums (I grind my teeth) & I felt she was VERY ROUGH! All I had was a cleaning and my mouth hurt for hours afterwards. I even had to take some ibuprofen & that has never happened to me from just a cleaning. When I make my next appointment I will describe her to the employee I speak with & insist that I work with a different person. I can tell you she was older (maybe around 50 or so?), thin, and a hygienist who frequently works with Dr. Ashmore (there are several other dentists in the office).

Very straightforward. Always gets me in and out of the office pronto. Incredibly nice, professional, knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Ashmore did a great job of trying to put my mind at ease and explained everything he was doing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ashmore's for several years. In fact, due to a change in my insurance I had to leave Dr. Ashmore for a while. I was not pleased with the change so I made sure to get my insurance changed back so that I could return to being a patient of Dr. Ashmore's. He is extremely competent and has an excellent staff. He alwys explains exactly what I need for my dental care and keeps close tab on my insurance limits so that I will not be forced to be out-of-pocket on my expenses. I recommend him highly to all.
